The Yale Pediatric Diversity Council

The Yale Pediatric Diversity Council is an organization comprised of a group of residents, with the support of the pediatric faculty, who seek to promote diversity and inclusivity within Yale New Haven Children's Hospital. We host informal dinners during recruitment season and throughout the year with applicants and house-staff, host discussions with other groups affiliated with Yale, and collaborate with faculty to create sustainable changes within our program and our local community.
