A More Unified Yale

Drs. Craft and Desir shared updates on the collaborative initiatives taking place between Science Hill, West Campus, and at the School of Medicine, as well as their research on autoimmunity and immunotherapies, with about 50 attendees at a recent Yale event entitled “A More Unified Yale; The Paragon of Science, Health, and Technology in the University's 4th Century.” The event was hosted by Matt Browne ’90 and Juli Oh in San Diego on November 7, while our Yale Rheumatology former trainees and current faculty where in the city attending the ACR meeting.

Subsequently, President Peter Salovey has announced a strategy to prioritize growth and innovation in the sciences, thereby giving students the tools they will need to emerge as tomorrow’s leading researchers. At the same time, these initiatives offer increased support for current faculty and their projects.
