Alison manages all program assessment including collecting, analyzing, and reporting data related to student learning outcomes, program outcome performance, and mission effectiveness. Other areas include performing program audits and verifying program practices meet accreditation standards.
Alison joined Yale University in 2001 with Yale Medicine (the clinical practice of Yale University’s School of Medicine) in the department of Network Development and Strategy where she advanced, assuming different roles in strategic planning and data analytics. In 2016, she joined the PA Program as Associate Director of Operations until 2019 when she accepted the newly created role of PA Program Analyst. In addition to her responsibilities, she acts as the resident historian, an operational resource and Notary for the program.
Alison is a graduate of Quinnipiac University where she received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a master’s degree in Finance.
