Laura Horvath, MD

Assistant Professor of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging



As a radiologist sub-specializing in Breast Imaging, Dr. Horvath spends the majority of her time providing clinical care for the women of Connecticut. Her efforts are targeted toward the diagnosis and management of breast cancer and various breast diseases. She supervises, interprets, and teaches all aspects of mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI as well as image-guided breast biopsy and other breast intervention techniques including pre-operative localizations. She serves as a consultant to numerous primary care providers throughout the region as well as academic subspecialty colleagues within the medical center.
