Research & Publications
I am a PhD in Biotechnology from CSIR-Institute of Genomics and integrative biology. My Post-Doctoral training was at National Institutes of Health (NIAID and NCI). I am molecular biochemist by training with an experience of pharmacology and drug resistance mechanisms. I have worked on elucidating the biology of bacterial pathogens with an emphasis on their signaling mechanisms and finding novel drug-targets. My current research is focused on understanding the vector-borne pathogens and developing vaccine candidates.
