- Ashley Antonucci DNP, FNP-BC is board certified doctorate of nursing practice. She received both her BSN and DNP at Quinnipiac University, as a member of Sigma Theta Tau. She became a daisy award recipient while working as pediatric nurse on a neurosurgery medical specialty unit for 7 years prior to becoming a nurse practitioner. She sees a variety of spine patients ranging from pediatric to adult including pre operative and post operative care in addition to new patients seeking work up. She believes in treating the patient as a whole and incorporating holistic approach to her care
Staff Affiliate - YNHHJamie Baruffi is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner within the Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions involving the hand and upper extremity for both pediatric and adult patients. Jamie completed her Bachelor and Master’s degrees at Quinnipiac University and valued the curriculum’s emphasis on holistic care. She previously worked at Yale New Haven Hospital and has more than 5 years of experience as an orthopedic trauma nurse. She will continue to provide care for fractures and acute injuries in the outpatient setting, in addition to treating atraumatic and chronic conditions. Jamie is extremely passionate about orthopedic care and education and looks forward to partnering with patients to help them achieve their goals.
Staff Affiliate - YNHHMegan Eiser-Nolan is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. She received her masters' of science in nursing degree at the University of Connecticut with a focus in musculoskeletal conditions. Megan is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Physician's Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery. She sees a variety of conditions in the foot & ankle specialty including foot and ankle fracture, ankle sprain and instability, tendinopathy, flatfoot, plantar fasciitis, toe deformity, bunion and Achilles injury. She also works with the total joint team treating hip and knee degenerative joint disease. Megan believes in holistic care in the treatment of all patients. She lives on the shoreline with her family and enjoys hiking, skiing, and gardening.
Staff Affiliate - YNHH; Advanced Practice Clinical Manager, General OrthopaedicsStefanie Generao is an advanced practice registered nurse who cares for patients in the Adult Joint Reconstruction section of Orthopaedics & Rehabilitation. Stefanie earned her bachelor's degree in Nursing from Clemson University, master’s degree from Georgetown University in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program, and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Nursing Practice at Yale University. She has been a nurse for nearly twenty-six years, seventeen of which she has been a nurse practitioner with clinical experience in critical care, acute care surgery, trauma, and orthopedics. In 2020, she joined Yale New Haven Health Department of Orthopedics as the Ambulatory Orthopaedics Advanced Practice Provider Clinical Manager and also sees patients in the Adult Joint Reconstruction section. She has a patient-centered approach that promotes patient education, family and care giver engagement and the use of community resources to ensure healing and maintain wellness.
Staff Affiliate - YNHHVictoria (Tori) is a physician assistant in pediatric orthopedics. She participates actively in both the clubfoot casting clinics and the multidisciplinary neurocutaneous clinic. She received her MMSc from Yale University and is certified through the NCCPA. She also holds an MA degree from UCLA.
Staff Affiliate - YNHHMegan Harari is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a clinical focus in orthopedics and sub speciality within hand and upper extremity orthopedics. Megan completed her Bachelors in Arts with a focus in Psychology from the University of Maine in Farmington. She then went on to complete her Bachelors in Science in Nursing from the University of Maine in Southern Maine. Megan has practiced across the country in various trauma locations for 11 years as a Registered Nurse before completing her Master of Science degree at the University of Connecticut with a focus in family practice. As a orthopedic hand provider Megan currently treats traumatic and atraumatic injuries within the adult and pediatric population. Megan enjoy educating patients about their current diagnosis and surgical and nonsurgical treatment options. Megan lives in southern Connecticut with her husband, two children and dog.
Staff Affiliate - YNHHAmy Haydon-Ryan is a NCCPA nationally certified Physician Assistant specializing in orthopedic surgery. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science/Community Health Education at the State University of New York- Cortland and went on to earn her second Bachelor of Science with the successful completion of the Physician Assistant Program at Drexel University School of Medicine (Hahnemann University) in Philadelphia, PA. She began her career as a surgical subspecialty PA working on orthopedic, neurosurgery, urology, hand, plastic/reconstructive, and ENT services in the OR and inpatient arenas. She pivoted to private practice orthopedics for several years, and has now returned to academic medicine as a member of the Adult Total Joint Reconstruction and Arthritis team at YNHH, Yale School of Medicine.

Staff Affiliate - YNHHKimberly Keane is a certified physician assistant working in the section of ambulatory Orthopedics. She is a graduate of the Physician Associate program at Yale School of Medicine. She has 25 years of experience working in the orthopedic field with a focus on adult patients who require treatment for hip and knee pain due to arthritis. She has worked closely with DR David Gibson , a joint replacement surgeon, for 20 years. She sees a variety of new and established adult patients with issues related to the hips or knees.
Staff Affiliate - YNHHNicole Lay is a NCCPA nationally certified Physician Assistant with 25 years of experience as an orthopaedic PA in the office and urgent care setting. She graduated from the University of Scranton in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Spanish. Nicole then went to earn a second Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with successful completion of the Physician Assistant Program at Long Island University/The Brooklyn Hospital.She began her career in Emergency Medicine at the Stamford Hospital in Stamford, CT and then transitioned to private practice orthopaedics for many years. Nicole is member of the Adult Total Joint Reconstruction and Arthritis team at YNHH, Yale School of Medicine.Nicole is a marathon runner and enjoys spending her free time with her three children.
Staff Affiliate - YNHHAmy has been a pediatric nurse practitioner since 2006 and was a pediatric and neonatal nurse for 9 years prior. She now specializes in orthopedic care of children. Amy manages fractures, sports related injuries, scoliosis, congenital hip dislocations, orthopedic issues related to cerebral palsy and neuromuscular disorders as well as any additional orthopedic concerns the family has. She also is a first assist in some spinal surgeries and hip reconstruction surgeries for children with cerebral palsy and neuromuscular hip dislocations. Amy has spent decades helping children achieve their highest functioning ability. She believes in comprehensive assessment and treatment approaches provide the greatest outcomes for children and their families. She approaches each child as a knowledgeable provider but also as a parent who provides the level of care she would want for her three children.
Staff Affiliate - YNHHMaria Onofrio is a board certified physician associate. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut. She then received a master's of medical science degree from Yale University Physician Associate Program. Maria is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates. She works collaboratively with the Orthopaedic Trauma surgeons, treating and managing a broad spectrum of injuries including pelvic injuries, hip, and extremity injuries.

Staff Affiliate - YNHH; Advanced Practice Provider Lead, OrthopedicsAdam Romanek earned his Master of Health Science – Physician Assistant degree at Mercy College, after receiving his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Rhode Island. Adam specializes in Sports Medicine and Knee and Hip Reconstructive orthopedic surgery, and also has years of experience working in orthopedic urgent care. As an athlete, Adam has always had an interest in orthopedics and sports medicine, and believes there is no greater reward than helping someone return as near to their normal level of activity as possible. Adam's overall approach to patient care is very pragmatic, with a goal of getting his patients back to function safely. He focuses on educating them regarding their specific injury and disease process. He believes the more they understand the process and the physiology, the more they become invested and their recovery becomes smoother.
Staff Affiliate - YNHHLynn Stramaglia is a Board-Certified Physicians Assistant. She received her BS in Biology from Sacred Heart University. She then received her Master's of Physician Assistant Studies from Stonybrook University. She has always worked in the Orthopaedic Specialty since the onset of her career.
Staff Affiliate - YNHHPatrick Stroh is a board-certified Physician Assistant working in the Orthopedic Department. He received his Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2014, and is currently working towards his Doctoral of Medical Sciences from The University of Lynchburg, with an expected graduation of Sept 2021. Patrick has over 7 years of experience treating all types of orthopedic injuries. He aims to return all of his patients to their preinjury status as quickly and safely as possible.
Staff Affiliate - YNHHGraduated from ASU ('98) with a BS in Exercise Physiology. Continued with this path, becoming a CSCS personal trainer for athletes on and off the field. Obtained AZ massage therapy license and was able to incorporate PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) in my clients trainings. Moved to CT to pursue higher education closer to home and graduated from Quinnipiac ('05) with a BSN. Worked as an RN in the PICU at YNHH as well as a member of their SWAT/ Transport team. Obtained my MSN through QU ('13) and worked in Community Health Center in Bridgeport before specializing, most recently to Sports Medicine Orthopedics at YNHH. As a triathlete in college, an avid runner and fitness enthusiast throughout my life. it is my pleasure to serve the community to prevent injury and provide rehabilitation.
