Biography

Dr. O. Adeyemo is committed to providing excellent obstetrics and gynecologic care to women. She is a graduate of Yale Medical School and completed her OB/GYN residency at Harvard (The integrated residency program at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital). Dr Adeyemo was the recipient of numerous teaching awards including the prestigious outstanding resident recognition award. In 2020, she completed a Master of Public Health degree at the Yale School of Public Health. Dr Adeyemo is passionate about addressing women's health disparities in her immediate community and in global settings through research, education and provision of clinical care. She provides education and capacity building trainings to health workers in local and global settings. She is also passionate about engaging people at the community level in order to improve health outcomes through education which she believes promotes empowerment.
