Yale Expert Testifies in Washington on the Harm Caused by Soaring Insulin Prices

On April 2, Kasia Lipska, MD, MPH, assistant professor of medicine (endocrinology), testified in Washington before the House Committee on Energy & Commerce Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee on the severe harm that the high price of insulin inflicts on patients, including her own. The venue was a hearing on “Priced Out of a Lifesaving Drug: The Human Impact of Rising Insulin Costs.”
