Radhakrishnan Selected to Receive ISCTM New Investigator Award

Rajiv Radhakrishnan, MBBS, MD, Assistant Professor of Psychiatry, has been selected for the 2020 International Society for CNS Clinical Trials and Methodology (ISCTM) New Investigator Award program.

The competitive award includes fee-waived registration for the 16th Annual ISCTM Scientific Meeting, to be held Feb. 19-21, 2020 in Washington, DC. Accommodations and a stipend will be provided, and award recipients are assigned a senior mentor for the meeting and for pre-meeting consultation to develop a scientific poster.

Radhakrishnan will be introduced with other recipients during the President’s Welcome at the opening of the meeting. He will also attend a New Investigator Awardee Luncheon and business meeting.

ISCTM is a multi-disciplinary independent organization that promotes activities that address strategic clinical, regulatory, methodological, and policy challenges that arise in the development and use of CNS therapeutic agents. The work is accomplished through partnerships with people in academia, industry, government, policy-making, and the public.

A graduate of the Yale Psychiatry Residency Program, Radhakrishnan has received numerous awards for his research. He is Associate Editor of the Journal of Dual Diagnosis.
