Biography
Raised outside of Washington D.C., Whitney attended Duke University where she studied biology. After graduating, she returned to D.C. to work with AmeriCorps and City Year where she taught a sexual health curriculum in the public school system. At Yale for medical school and Harvard for her masters in public health, Whitney led a program evaluation in Karnataka, India on maternal and neonatal emergency care.
