Levent Mutlu, MD

Current Position: Levent Mutlu, M.D. is a clinical fellow at the Division of Gynecologic Oncology.

Education: Dr. Mutlu received his medical degree from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in Ankara, Turkey.

Research Interests: His research focuses on the identification of surface markers for endometrial stem cells and bone marrow-derived cells within the uterus, and on developing cell replacement therapies using endometrial stem cells. He has authored numerous articles and book chapters. He received the Society for Reproductive Investigation President's Presenter Award for his research on stem cells. He is an ad hoc reviewer for Reproductive Sciences. He served as a member of the New Investigator Advisory Group in the Society for Reproductive Investigation.
