Biography

Mary Barden, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Neurology (Neuro-Oncology). Dr. Barden cares for patients as part of the ChĂȘnevert Family Brain Tumor Center at Smilow Cancer Hospital and Yale Cancer Center.

Dr. Barden received her medical degree from Yale School of Medicine and completed her residency at Yale New Haven Hospital, during which time she received the Gilbert Glaser Award. The award is presented to the PGY-3 resident selected by their peers for making exceptional contributions to the residency team. She also completed her fellowship in Neuro-Oncology at Yale. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
