Some specific resources for facilitating clinical care include:

  • Interpreter and translational services are available to assist with optimizing communication with many of our patients.
  • Practice standards are developed by the YM Practice Standards Committee. These standards convey the YM practice priorities and shared beliefs, which are found in the vision, mission, values, and guiding principles statements.
  • Shared clinical notes with patients seeks to enhance transparency, engage patients, and improve communication between patients, caregivers, and clinicians. Answers to FAQ are available.
  • Sites of clinical practice can be helpful to locate the many locations of the practice.
  • Telehealth is an evolving innovative and convenient way for physicians to connect with patients remotely in ways not previously possible.
  • Virtual scribes are available to facilitate patient care and decrease the electronic medical record burden for providers through synchronous, off-site scribing services, including note creation and documentation, chart navigation, and pending of non-medication orders.
