The grant, titled, “The AAPI trauma healing program: learning cultural literacy, emotional and relational health through child-parent theater”, allows the pilot creation of a digital theater intervention to improve advocacy for Asian American and Pacific Islanders’ (AAPI) children's health in response to the recent anti-Asian violence.

The 2022 AACAP Assembly Advocacy and Collaboration Grant supports new advocacy work and improve collaboration with allied professional organization and is intended to help regional organizations engage in advocacy activities to improve children's mental health care in their state or community and require collaboration with allied consumer or professional organizations.
