The Yale Child Study Center welcomes new community members regularly, including the two listed below who joined early in the new year.
Tanya Barnes, CPC: A certified medical coder, Barnes joined YCSC Clinical Services in January as an Account Assistant/Department Liaison. She began her career with Yale Medicine in 2016 in coding and billing, moved on to the credit balance department in 2017 a dual role in charge correction and cash posting.
Lauren Zaretsky, MSW: Having also joined YCSC Clinical Services in January, Zaretsky has experience working with children, families, veterans, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Following her graduate training in social work, she worked as a Child and Family therapist at the Garry Hurvitz Centre for Community and Mental Health at SickKids in Toronto, Canada.
