January 02, 2022
by Tracy Rabin

Greetings, all –

Although the Omicron variant has certainly changed the world’s expectations for the start of 2022, we hope that the year has started off well for each of you, and wanted to send out a wish for a year of good health and happiness to the extended GHEDP community.

Announcements

  • Save the Date: On Jan. 19-20, 2022, the AAMC Center for Health Justice and the Hastings Center will co-convene a virtual summit on health equity – Righting the Wrongs: Tackling Health Inequities. Speakers will also explore examples of promising strategies that health care leaders and practicing clinicians can employ to address inequities through policy, clinical care, medical education, research, and community collaborations. The event is free though registration is required. Register Now.
  • Stanford University and the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine announce a new Planetary Health Postdoctoral Fellowship. Applications due January 31, 2022. Learn more here.
