Feher receives HCNMC rising star award

Attila Feher, MD, PhD, a clinical fellow in the Section of Cardiovascular Medicine, received the Hal O’Brien Rising Star Award from the High Country Nuclear Medicine Conference (HCNMC).

The Rising Star Award supports physician-scientists in the field of nuclear medicine and molecular imaging. The award will be presented at the 2022 HCNMC Conference, held March 5-8, 2022. The recipients are selected by SNMMI Councils and Centers of Excellence, and the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology.

Albert Sinusas, MD, a professor of medicine and director of the Yale Translational Research Imaging Center (Y-TRIC) and Edward J. Miller, MD, PhD, an associate professor of medicine and radiology and the director of the Cardiology Fellowship Program, have supported Feher’s research in coronary microcirculation and clinical training.
