Keck DNA Sequencing: Services Available

The Keck DNA Sequencing Facility High quality data is disseminated 8 to 24 hours after sample receipt. Highly trained staff members are always available for questions and trouble shooting. provides competitive and timely DNA sequencing in an efficient and cost-effective manner. We are located on campus and have many convenient drop off locations that are always accessible.

Sequencing is carried out on our Applied Biosystems 3730xL DNA Analyzers, along with Applied Biosystems Big Dye chemistries.

Drop-off hours: 8:30 am-5:00 pm (Please leave your samples (in the rack provided) on the counter inside the doorway, which is accessible 24/7.)

  • Integrated Science and Technology Center Room 366: Effective Tuesday, September 11th, the new (temporary) location of the Keck cart will be ABC-290B passageway (just past ABC-214)
