Shaun Gruenbaum, MD, associate research scientist in the Department of Anesthesiology. received the Paul E. Strandjord Young Investigator Award from the Academy of Clinical Laboratory Physicians and Scientists (ACLPS) for excellence in research. He accepted the award at the ACLPS's annual meeting, where he also gave a talk on his research.
