The Yale Medical Symphony Orchestra will hold its winter concert on on Friday, December 9, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in the Harkness Auditorium of the School of Medicine.
This unique group is composed of faculty, student, trainee, and staff musicians from the School of Medicine as well as members of the medical staff of Yale New Haven Hospital. Its concerts have been the highlight of the season since its formation in 2008.
The performance will include Tchaikovsky’s Romeo and Juliet Overture, Barber’s Adagio for Strings, and Brahms Symphony #1. All are welcome to enjoy this special evening highlighting the outstanding musical skills of our colleagues. Admission is free.
