Neurotrauma Program

The Yale Neurotrauma program was started in July 2019 jointly by Yale Neurology and Neurocritical Care programs to deliver top-level care and support research into treating patients with traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries.

Our program brings comprehensive and individualized neurologic care to head trauma patients. We also conduct cutting-edge research to develop better techniques for diagnosing and treating these conditions.

In addition, we work with state and national community outreach programs to prevent and treat neurotrauma for individuals and communities. We partner closely with the Yale Trauma Surgery Program.
