William Signorile, MD

William has developed a case series and database that investigates the association of COVID-19 with acute cerebrovascular disease. He also worked on identification of potential therapies to enhance stepping after paralysis due to spinal cord injury and worked on a study of neural stem cells (NG2-progenitor cells) and their responsiveness to factors under pathological conditions. He was a guest lecturer during a preclinical course, peer educator in the clinical skills course, and was a Neurology clerkship teaching assistant. He enjoys cooking/baking, sports (football, basketball, baseball), reading, movies, trivia, hiking, and camping.
