Registration Open for 2026 Yale/ACGME Developing Faculty Competency in Assessment Course

Registration is open for the 2026 Yale/Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) Developing Faculty Competency in Assessment course. The four-session course includes a virtual session on Sep. 2 and in-person sessions from Sep. 8–10. Attendees are expected to attend the entire course.

The course is a collaboration between ACGME, Yale New Haven Hospital (YNHH) Graduate Medical Education, and the Yale School of Medicine (YSM) Center for Medical Education. It is designed to help participants develop and implement effective assessment programs for residents and fellows. Residency and fellowship program directors, associate program directors, chairs, heads of clinical competency committees, and other core faculty responsible for assessment of residents and fellows are encouraged to participate.

The course will be delivered as a blend of virtual and in-person sessions. Registrants must attend all four sessions.
