Christine Ko, MD, professor of dermatology, has been named president of the American Board of Dermatology (ABD) Board of Directors. In this role, Ko will help lead ABD's efforts to enhance its certification procedures and standards, as well as its overall strategy. Ko’s research focuses on skin cancer, particularly squamous cell carcinoma and keratoacanthoma, in collaboration with researchers in the Department of Genetics and the Division of Dermatologic Surgery.
