The Yale School of Medicine (YSM) Office of Team Science offers the Program of Promotion of Interdisciplinary Team Science (POINTS), which provides funding and grant development support, including grant writing and submission strategy, to help interdisciplinary teams secure federal and major foundation funding for research in basic, clinical, and translational science.
Seed Funding
Awards up to $200,000 are available to teams whose projects have the scope and structure to grow into large, multi-investigator grants, such as U01, U54, P01, P30, P50, ARPA-H, or foundations team science mechanisms.
Who Can Apply
Teams of two to five investigators led by a YSM faculty member.
