The Registrar provides a range of services for students and administrators at the medical school in the areas of academic records, student status, registration, enrollment, scheduling clerkships and electives, transcripts, degree verification, and contact information.

Certain information under the purview of the Registrar is considered private and confidential in certain circumstances, subject to FERPA.

Transcript Requests & Enrollment and Degree Verifications

The registrar can provide enrollment and degree verification for current Yale School of Medicine students and graduates with the Doctor of Medicine degree ONLY. You must complete the Medical Student/MD Graduate Request Form in order to request a transcript or an enrollment or degree verification. Please allow two weeks from receipt of your request to process your verification.
