DESCRIPTION:Yale School of Medicine (YSM) and Educational Technology & Inn
 ovation (ETI) team will host its third Ideathon\, scheduled for November 
 20\, 2026\, at the Cushing/Whitney Medical Library team-based learning cl
 assroom (SHM L 115). The Ideathon will once again bring together Yale’s d
 iverse community—including faculty\, students\, residents\, fellows\, pos
 t-docs\, and staff—to collaboratively tackle pressing challenges in medic
 al education through innovative technological solutions. The agenda will 
 include inspirational problem pitches\, collaborative brainstorming sessi
 ons\, and solution presentations. This third Ideathon will continue to fo
 ster a culture of innovation within the medical education space. Particip
 ants will have the opportunity to propose medical education-related desig
 n challenges\, form interdisciplinary teams\, and develop prototypes or s
 trategies that leverage advanced technologies\, such as artificial intell
 igence and augmented reality. Highlights: Welcome Remarks: Insights and v
 isions for educational technology advancements. Challenge Pitches: Partic
 ipants will pitch design challenges to be addressed\, followed by team fo
 rmations for collaborative work. Brainstorming and Development: Teams wil
 l engage in structured brainstorming sessions\, guided by YSM ETI members
 \, using techniques guided by “mini teach” sessions. Solution Presentatio
 ns: Teams will present their creative solutions\, demonstrating the poten
 tial impact on medical education. Networking Reception: A reception will
