DESCRIPTION:Competency-Based Education (CBE) is the new standard of educat
 ion program design across the Health Professions Education community. At 
 its core CBE is an outcomes-oriented systematic approach to health profes
 sions education training: outcomes of learners\, outcomes of the program\
