Center for Interdisciplinary Research on AIDS (CIRA)

The Center for Interdisciplinary Research on AIDS (CIRA) was established in 1997and is currently New England's only National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) funded AIDS research center. CIRA brings together scientists from 25 different disciplines and three institutions. CIRA supports innovative, interdisciplinary research that combines behavioral, social and biomedical approaches, focused on the implementation of HIV prevention and treatment and the elimination of HIV disparities.

Equity Research and Innovation Center

The Equity Research and Innovation Center (ERIC) at Yale University has two overarching goals. The first goal is to develop and disseminate evidence-based models to narrow health and healthcare inequity gaps. The second goal is to provide research support infrastructure for Yale faculty and affiliated community-based organizations

The Yale Research Initiative on the History of Sexualities is based in the Department of History and is dedicated to fostering research in lesbian, gay, and transgender history, and highlighting research resources.
