Q-Forward: Building LGBTQI+ Leaders in Health Care

Q-Forward is sponsored by the Yale School of Medicine Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and the Dean’s Advisory Council on LGBTQI+ Affairs, and co-sponsored by the Yale School of Public Health, the Yale New Haven Hospital Office of Graduate Medical Education, the Yale Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI), the Yale LGBTQ Affinity Group, and the Yale School of Nursing. Q-Forward also receives grant support from Belonging at Yale.

The conference aims to engage and inspire future LGBTQI+ leaders in health care in areas of research, clinical care, education, and policy/advocacy. It will feature keynote speaker, Ericka Hart, panel discussions, and interactive workshops with practical tools and strategies designed to address the unique challenges facing LGBTQI+ leaders.
