Roa Harb is Assistant Professor of Laboratory Medicine and Director of the Clinical Chemistry Laboratory at Yale New Haven Hospital.
Dr. Harb received her undergraduate and medical degrees from the American University of Beirut and her residency training in Clinical Pathology at Yale New Haven Hospital. She is board certified in clinical pathology and practices in the area of clinical chemistry, toxicology and prenatal testing. Her interests include test utilization as well as management of reference area testing and quality improvement in the clinical laboratory in low- and middle-income countries. She is Co-Director of Clinical Pathology Programs at Pathologists Overseas, a volunteer-based organization with the mission to improve affordable, and sustainable clinical laboratory services in developing countries.
