Ananya Suresh

Ananya earned her bachelor's degree in Genetics and Genomics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Her research interests center on identifying the genetic basis of human disease and understanding how genetic and immune mechanisms interact to drive neurological disorders. She is eager to understand disease mechanisms and translate these discoveries into improved diagnostics and therapies that ultimately help the lives of patients. She plans to pursue a Ph.D. to further investigate the molecular mechanisms that drive neurological diseases. Outside of research, she enjoys listening to music, watching movies, spending time in nature, and traveling.
