Sex Differences in the Acute Effects of Intravenous (IV) Delta‑9 Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)
Anahita Bassir Nia, MD, assistant professor of psychiatry, and Mohini Ranganathan, MD, associate professor of psychiatry, are first and senior authors, respectively, of a paper in Psychopharmacology that investigated the sex differences in the acute effects of intravenous (IV) delta 9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the main psychoactive compound of cannabis.
