Biography

Tianhao Yin is an international student from China who recently graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Molecular and Cell Biology and a minor in Data Science. As an undergraduate, he conducted research at the Innovative Genomics Institute in Dr. Jamie Cate’s Lab, where he investigated the molecular mechanism of ribosomal frameshifting in West Nile Virus. He will be conducting research in the Müschen Lab, collaborating with Dr. Kadriye Nehir Cosgun to study Wnt/b-catenin signaling in B-cell malignancies prior to pursuing a Ph.D. degree in the field of cancer biology and molecular therapeutics development.
