Biography

Nicole graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2022 with a B.S. in Child Development and minors in Special Education and Gender and Sexuality Studies. As a member of the Honors Program of Psychological Sciences at Vanderbilt, Nicole completed an honors thesis related to the neural and environmental predictors of response to CBT amongst adolescents with depression. While in college, Nicole worked as an RA in the Mood, Emotion, and Development Lab and as an ABA therapist at a local autism clinic. She is currently employed as a Sara S. Sparrow Fellow in Clinical Neuroscience within the McPartland Lab. Nicole is especially interested in the intersection between developmental and mental health disorders, and has a passion for helping each child reach their full potential. Looking forward, she hopes to continue her education to become a clinical child psychologist.
