Anastasia Rose

Anastasia graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2014. In 2020, she began post-baccalaureate studies in psychology at Case Western Reserve University. While at Case Western, Anastasia supported several studies focused on child psychopathology, including research looking at the impact of COVID-19 on child obsessive-compulsive symptoms and parenting. Additionally, she supported a study focused on the role of intergenerational acculturative gaps in Latinx children. Following completion of her studies, Anastasia worked at The University of Michigan on a fMRI based study exploring obsessive-compulsive symptoms in children. In August 2022, Anastasia joined the Anxiety & Mood Disorders Program at the Yale Child Study Center to support the work of Drs. Eli Lebowitz and Wendy Silverman. Through the program, she is working to bolster her clinical training with anxious children and their families, as well as pursue child anxiety focused research projects. Anastasia aspires to pursue a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, with a goal to become a child psychologist and researcher. Anastasia's research interests are focused on studying anxiety symptoms in underserved youth, as well as understanding how to provide better access to evidence-based interventions.
