November 09, 2020

Stephanie Kerrigan, PhD, Associate Research Scientist in Psychiatry, has been awarded a 2021 Patterson Trust Mentored Research Award: Clinical, Health Services and Policy Research, a two-year $90,000 award.

Kerrigan will test components of low-intensity adaptive interventions, including the types of algorithms used and the frequency with which goals adapt, for promoting physical activity among people with prediabetes.

Broadly, Kerrigan's research focuses on understanding how physical activity is related to eating behaviors and weight regulation and developing interventions to promote physical activity.
