Sowmya Kshtirya

Sowmya Kshtriya is a third-year PhD candidate in the Clinical Psychology program at Montclair State University (2018-Current). She received her Master’s in Clinical Psychology degree from Columbia University (2017), and her Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics and Psychology from the University of Toronto (2014). Her research interests include investigating psychological trauma in the context of natural/man-made disasters, trauma resilience, recovery, post-traumatic growth, and global mental health. Her clinical interests include working with PTSD/Trauma Survivors, and Children/Adolescent mental health.
