Yale, Experimental Pathology Ph.D. program
Nicole is a graduate student in the Experimental Pathology Ph.D. program and a recipient of the Gruber Foundation's Young Scientists Fellowship Award. She is a 2011 graduate of Mount Saint Mary's University, MD, where she graduated with a B.S. in Biology and completed her honors thesis research studying Idiopathic Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension in the lab of Dr. Dana Ward. When not dueling it out on the tennis court with Themis,Nicole likes to play practical jokes on everyone in the lab. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys biking, working out, playing softball, eating really good food, reading, and speeding around listening to music in her fast car.
Fun Fact: The day she successfully completes her thesis defense, Nicole is going to reward herself by purchasing a Corvette. Preferably a navy, convertible one.
