Biography

Dr. Peng is a vascular neurology fellow at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He received his MD from Boston University School of Medicine in 2017, where he was awarded the CONACYT education scholarship from the Mexican Government, the APS-SPR summer research scholarship and travel award, and the AAN Medical Student Excellence award. He then completed an internship in internal medicine at UMass Medical Center in 2018, where he received the intern of the year award. Finally, Dr. Peng completed a neurology residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital where he was chief resident. He is an advocate of medical education and his research interests include the treatment and outcomes of neurovascular diseases.
