Our fellowship program is dedicated to preparing postdoctoral fellows as future leaders in Rheumatology. This three-year program is approved by the ACGME and accepts two or more new fellows each year. Research fellowships in rheumatology, immunology and inflammation are also available for individuals with Ph.D. degrees. Research training for both M.D. and Ph.D. fellows is supported in part by a training grant from the National Institutes of Health. Additional research funding has been awarded in the past and present by the American College of Rheumatology in the form of fellowship awards, and by the Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars Program at Yale.

We participate in the Rheumatology match, scheduled for June. Interested M.D. or MD/PhD candidates can apply using the universal application available through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Individuals interested in research fellowships only, should contact the faculty member directly with whom they wish to train.
