We are devoted to improving patient care through advances in quality measures and doctor-patient communication. Our physicians work closely with other specialists at Yale School of Medicine and Yale New Haven Hospital to provide care for patients with complex rheumatic and autoimmune diseases.
Outpatient services are offered on the Yale New Haven Hospital's Saint Raphael Campus at 1450 Chapel Street, Interventional Immunology Center in North Haven, Yale New Haven Health's Old Saybrook Medical Center, and at the Yale Center for Musculoskeletal Care in Stamford. All facilities offer a full array of imaging and laboratory services, and access to state-of-the-art infusion centers.
