On Friday, 4/3 and Saturday, 4/4, the New Haven County Medical Association leadership (President Deborah Dyett Desir, MD, and Managing Director, Jillian Wood) teamed up with students from Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine to distribute N95 masks to members who were having difficulty obtaining them for use while providing face-to-face care to patients.
“Thank you to Jillian and medical students, Julia Strother, Eliessa Bell, Ashley Dunbar, Alexander Varasteh, Julian Raul, Alison Bradley, Nicole Gherlone, and Alexandra Desir for helping to make this possible,” said Desir.
