The nonprofit Three Lakes Foundation is partnering with Yale University and the University of Pittsburgh to form the Three Lakes Consortium for Pulmonary Fibrosis -- a “multiyear, multimillion-dollar initiative” to accelerate new treatments and ultimately cure the disease.
Naftali Kaminski, MD, chief of Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine (Yale-PCCSM) at Yale School of Medicine (YSM), is leading the consortium. Kaminski discusses the consortium’s work in a Rare Care Podcast.
The Section of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine is one of the 11 sections within YSM's Department of Internal Medicine. To learn more about Yale-PCCSM, visit PCCSM's website, or follow them on Facebook and Twitter.
