Biography
Paul Stockhammer is a third-year internal medicine resident at the Yale School of Medicine. He obtained his MD/PhD degree from the Medical University of Vienna, Austria, where he studied the role of transforming growth factor-ß in pleural mesothelioma and HDAC inhibitors in lung cancer. His current research in the Politi Lab focuses on oncogene-addicted lung cancer and drug resistance, investigating the relationship between oncogenic drivers (i.e. EGFR) and co-occurring genomic alterations.
