Biography
Danish Zaidi is a resident physician in the Department of Internal Medicine at Yale University School of Medicine and Yale-New Haven Hospital. He completed medical school at Wake Forest, his Master of Bioethics at Harvard Medical School, and his Master of Theological Studies at Harvard Divinity School. Dr. Zaidi's research interests are at the intersection of bioethics, cardiovascular disease, and health policy. He has served on the board of the American Society for Bioethics and Humanities and was nominated in 2021 by the President of the American Medical Association (AMA) to serve a 3-year term on the AMA Council of Ethical & Judicial Affairs. At Yale, he is on faculty for the Professional Responsibility course for first-year medical students. Outside of the hospital, he enjoys basketball, the University Art Gallery, and New Haven pizza.
