Biography

Amy Moyer, MS, PMP brings expertise in healthcare performance measurement, the use of measures to drive system change, and stakeholder management. Most recently, Amy was a senior director at the National Quality Forum (NQF) where she provided strategic oversight and leadership to the Measure Applications Partnership (MAP), a public-private partnership that provides input to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on the selection of healthcare performance measures for use in public reporting and performance-based payment programs. In addition to her work on the MAP, Amy served as senior staff on a variety of quality measurement programs including measure endorsement, the Core Quality Measures Collaborative, and Common Formats for Patient Safety. Prior to joining NQF, she was the manager of value measurement for The Alliance, a healthcare purchasing cooperative. Amy has a BA in music, neuroscience, and biomedical ethics from Lawrence University and MS in project management from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville.
