Biography
Dan Li is currently a Research Associate at the Public Health Emergency Center of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (China CDC). She completed the Public Health Emergency Management Capacity Building Program at the US CDC in 2014 and the Chinese Field Epidemiology Training Program from 2015-2017.
Li is a PhD candidate at the Chinese Center for Tropical Diseases Research and is majoring in epidemiology and health statistics. Her research focuses on the prevention and control of emerging infectious diseases. She served as project manager for the National Health Commission in 2011. Since then, she has worked on a number of research studies, including two key national research projects sponsored by Ministry of Science and Technology.
