New ACES Program Class Announced

The Advancement of Clinician-Educator Scholarship (ACES) Faculty Development Program is proud to announce its third class:

  • Badr Al Bawardy, MD, Assistant Professor (Digestive Diseases)
  • Michael Beasley, MD, Assistant Professor (Cardiovascular Medicine)
  • Astha Chichra, MBBS, Assistant Professor (Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine)
  • Benjamin Gallagher, MD, Instructor (General Internal Medicine)
  • Shana Gleeson, MD, Assistant Professor (Infectious Diseases)

The one-year development program, sponsored by the Department of Internal Medicine launched in July 2019. ACES was created to foster the career development of junior clinician-educators in educational scholarship.

The program is led by Donna Windish, MD, MPH, associate professor of medicine (general medicine.)
