Greetings all,
Tomorrow (December 10th) marks Human Rights Day, the day the United National General Assembly adopted, in 1948, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This document proclaims the inalienable rights that everyone is entitled to as a human being - regardless of race, colour, religion, sex, language, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. While there remains much to do to achieve the goals set forth in this visionary document, we would encourage you to read the constituent articles and reflect on how they relate to our work as physicians.
